Searched for a Jeep Rubicon for over a week online diligently that was in my budget. Found one in good condition at Overstock Vehicles.com. Sent an offer, called in and talked to Jeff on Saturday afternoon/evening. We picked up the Jeep Monday afternoon (closed on Sundays, which for me is a good sign).
Alec is the easiest car salesman I've ever dealt with. We found our truck online and went down there to see it in person. It was just like the listing described. Took care of every detail and we were in and out in a couple hours. Would like to do more business with them in the future. Highly recommended 👌

Friendly, honest and true to their word, Jeff and the team at Overstock where great to work with! I originally showed up to see a truck that I saw online but they had already sold it.
I called ahead and spoke With Lionel who was very helpful. He went out into their lot (waaay back) and got me some photos within ten minutes. I went down later the same afternoon, took a look and placed my deposit. I’m now the proud owner of a new FJ Cruiser and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Alec was extremely professional and helpful. I put a deposit down to hold the car for 72 hours, since it was a hike to get there. Test drove the car. Nice car, but they called the interior “peanut butter” while all I could think was “baby poop!” 😂. Had an issue with the side mirrors plus I wanted a diagnostic done. They did that AND changed the oil. Ultimately couldn’t get past the interior color, so they IMMEDIATELY refunded my deposit! Great folks and very responsive. I’d check them out again, if they have a car I like!

We had been searching the Internet and several lots here in Phoenix this particular van was priced below all of the other dealers and was in the best condition. We met Marcos onsite and I’ll say that he made it the most laid back, stress free experience I’ve ever encountered buying a vehicle. My daughter got the car she wanted at a great price and in great condition. When we need another vehicle we know where to come.

I thought my initial buying experience with Overstock couldn't be beat, and I was wrong. As part of my purchase, Michael and his boss John (the General Manager at Overstock) agreed to paint the hood of my car as it had a couple of (very normal) dings on it from rocks. I took my car in to be taken care of by them and was so incredibly pleased with the high level of the customer service that they provided to me. John took my car to the body shop that does all of the work for his own family, a man named Eric runs that shop. They went absolutely ABOVE AND BEYOND for me - not only did the hood get taken care of, but they took it upon themselves to touch up a couple of spots around my car that needed fixing at no charge to me. John and Michael had my RCF detailed inside and out, everything down to the suede was cleaned perfectly. To put a cherry on top of the whole experience, Michael returned my car to me with a tank full of gas. Unbeatable and personalized customer service like this is becoming harder and harder to come by, especially in typically shady industries like used car sales, but I can guarantee you that the employees and management at Overstock have a high degree of integrity and really do their part to take care of their customers. Lionel was awesome and great at communicating. He even gave me a courtesy check up call. The only concern I have is that I've only had the car for 2 months and the Check engine light is now on. Im going to get it checked at the dealer soon I hope it's not anything bad.

I went in to overstock vehicles with relatively low expectations after stopping at two other nearby dealers. I was pleasantly surprised by the guys here and the willingness to work hard and to do whatever it took to get me into the vehicle of my choice with good rates and a payment that I had set. Not only did they get me a great rate, they got me into the dodge challenger that I picked out for substantially less than my asking monthly payment. We live in Northern AZ. Michael our sales rep was very helpful. Per our request, he took a small deposit to hold a truck for us and found great financing (better than we could get on a new truck) all over the phone. When we drove down to look at the truck, they had no problem with us taking it to the manufacture’s dealership for an inspection. While we did not end up buying a truck (it just wasn’t the right on for us at this time) I was pleased with the experience and would recommend them. Unbeatable and personalized customer service like this is becoming harder and harder to come by, especially in typically shady industries like used car sales, but I can guarantee you that the employees and management at Overstock have a high degree of integrity and really do their part to take care of their customers.
